Meadow View
The meadow is bordered by large sand dunes and wetlands to the east, and smaller foredunes and the beach to the west. Sites 101 - 139 are nestled against the foredunes with the closest access to the beach. Sites 140 - 158 border the west side of the road. Sites 201-278 border the east side of the meadow with views of the wetlands. Please note to help protect the sensitive wetlands, 201-209 and 232-278 are only available when the remainder of the campground has been reserved.

Marine View
The sites 401 - 432 and 611 - 636 are set close to the camp store for easy access to the boat launch and beach fishing and crabbing.  Sites 500 - 501  have the same conveniences of the other marine sites with the added bonus of bordering the beach along Tomales Bay. 511-517 and 534-538 are also against sand dunes for some protection from the prevailing winds.

Walk-In sites
The tent sites 301 - 316 are located in the south end of the meadow, offering an alternative to our other mixed use RV/Tent sites in the campground. Parking is provided in an designated area within a very close proximity of the sites,  redwood logs form the perimeter of the sites with each including a table and fire ring.

Seawall
The seawall has our only waterfront sites 601 - 609 and 701 - 733. The camp store is nearby and access to the clam beds is just a few steps away. NOTE: On some early morning clam tides, generally in the late spring and early summer, there can be considerable early morning traffic for the clam beds. For a calendar of anticipated highest traffic days, and what time of day to expect it, check our TIDE CALENDAR.
